Just Go Zero at Public in Syntagma Square, Athens: We turn our commitment for a zero waste and greener planet into practice and that makes us change mindsets.

Implementing our integrated circular economy program, both at the Public Café and throughout the entire store’s operation, we created a customized management system, including recycling and upcycling materials such as organic waste, coffee residues, cigarette butts, paper, glass, aluminum and plastic, in order to give each one of them a second life.
